In this interesting and demanding position, you will independently manage construction projects for our mandate clients in the Northern region with your broad expertise. We look forward to a team player who will contribute their expertise in a well-coordinated and professional team and wishes to develop both personally and professionally.
Your main tasks:
- Independently managing construction projects from planning through implementation to final billing
- Clarifying needs and advising the customer, including support during the change process
- Fiduciary tasks for the builders such as schedule, cost, and quality monitoring
- Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance as well as reporting
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
Your profile:
- Technical training with further education or studies in one of the following areas: architecture, construction, electrical, or heating-ventilation-air conditioning-cooling-sanitary
- Experience in managing and handling projects
- Confident German as well as English and French skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, service and customer orientation
- Independent and goal-oriented working style with pronounced organizational skills
