Tasks
Support of the local management in all administrative matters
- First point of contact for calls/requests, appointment coordination, processing invoices, office supply management, and small errands
- Creation of presentations (PowerPoint) and organization of smaller events
- Manage occupancy, coordinate data for new entries and prepare the corresponding files, as well as coordination of volunteers (IDEM)
- Coordination with IV (daily allowance certificates, cost approvals)
- Review and completion of written reports
- Support in the further development and expansion of the location and the network
Profile
- Completed basic training in the commercial field (E or B profile)
- Several years of experience as an assistant and/or secretary
- Very independent, efficient, and precise working style as well as organizational skills
- Flexible, mature personality who understands how to relieve management in everyday work with their manner and working style
- Non-judgmental interaction with people of different cultures and backgrounds
- Excellent German skills both spoken and written
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
The Competence Center for Vocational Integration (KbE) of the Rehaklinik Bellikon offers various measures with a professional focus. Specialized integration professionals work together with those affected to develop sustainable professional solutions in coordination with the responsible social insurance partners. People after accidents or illness are accompanied by an interprofessional team on their way back to work. Due to the importance of our services and the high demand, a new location was opened in St. Gallen in January 2025.
