CHALLENGING MISSIONS
- Under the supervision of our R&C manager, you will participate in the development of our R&C activities in French-speaking Switzerland
- You will participate in consulting activities for various financial institutions (banks, securities firms, asset managers, etc.) regarding financial regulation
- As a member of the Regulatory & Compliance service, you will participate in prudential and AML audits at various financial institutions and be responsible for drafting reports
- You will support the Compliance services of financial institutions, mainly in anti-money laundering and in connection with behavioral rules (LSFin, Crossborder, Tax Compliance)
- You will participate in the completion of tasks related to compliance and risk functions for different types of financial institutions
YOUR PROFILE
- Holder of a Master's degree in law or an equivalent qualification
- Between 1 and 3 years of successful professional experience in a similar position (consulting in the financial field)
- Native French speaker, you have an excellent level of English (min. C1), with German being an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment (LSFin, LEFin, AML, LIMF, knowledge of the Fintech environment being an asset)
- Very good mastery of IT tools
- Dynamic, rigorous, flexible, analytical mindset, and ability to handle a significant workload
- Team spirit and interpersonal skills allowing you to share your knowledge and integrate quickly into existing teams
