In this exciting role, you will ensure the independent project management of clinical trials as the interface to sponsors / CRO (Contract Research Organisation) and internal coordination. Additionally, you are responsible for planning study-specific examinations, coordinating patient visits, and managing study-specific correspondence. Maintaining various databases, assisting with the implementation of sponsor studies including contract and budget review within the studies, further expand this exciting range of tasks. Your activities are rounded off by assisting in the creation and management of documents for quality management within the studies as well as preparing and accompanying monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.

How to become part of our team
- Completed training as a nursing professional HF / FH, health specialist, medical practice assistant and/or experience in conducting clinical studies, as well as scientific interest
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Eager to learn, team-oriented, and flexible personality
- Very good IT skills
