How you contribute

In this role, you are jointly responsible for the introduction, further development, and sustainable support of global service processes as well as the deployed system landscape – especially SAP FSM (Field Service Management) or future solutions implemented in the joint venture led by Miele Professional.

Main tasks include:

Analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of global service processes

Operational responsibility for the SAP FSM application

Support and further development of the SAP FSM key user community

What you need

Practical experience in service process design (e.g., Order to Cash, Field Execution, KPI reporting)

Knowledge in project management and collaboration in international teams

Confident appearance as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Several years of professional experience in the service environment, ideally in medical technology or the life sciences industry

Experience with service management systems (e.g., SAP FSM, SAP ERP, CRM)

Completed training in one of the following areas: technical or commercial vocational training with IT affinity
