The Foundation for Adolescent Care specializes in the care of young girls between 15 and 18 years old presenting behavioral disorders, acute family issues, as well as difficulties integrating both professionally and socially. Located in the heart of Lausanne, it has a residential facility, a day program, and offers outpatient care for former residents. To complete our team, we are looking for:
Social Educators for the replacement pool

You actively participate in the well-being of the beneficiaries, maintain a safe environment, and promote autonomy, development, and integration of the beneficiaries. This mission is carried out as a team and in consultation with network partners. The Foundation prioritizes collaboration with families, individualized support, and group activities. We offer

Desired profile
- Considered training:
· Social Educator ES or HES, · Nurse HES
· Psychologist, bachelor or master · ASE CFC
  • Professional experience with adolescent public
  • Ease in teamwork and communication
  • High adaptability
  • Driving license
