Carpenter – Project Manager for Permanent Position!

Activities

Preparation of offers including cost determination and technical clarifications
Independent management of projects from order receipt to successful handover to the customer
Schedule, quality, and cost control throughout the entire project duration
Contact person for builders, architects, suppliers, and internal departments
Preparation of detailed and working plans as well as all manufacturing documents
Active support of orders in the workshop and on site
Ensuring clean billing and post-calculation

Requirements

Basic training as a carpenter EFZ
Further training in project management, technical HF or master craftsman examination
Experience in AVOR or project management is an advantage
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for demanding interior construction projects
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for costs and deadlines
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
