Your main tasks:
- You are in contact with our customers and partners by phone and email
- You are responsible for daily planning and optimal utilization of the service technicians
- In addition, you take on administrative and organizational tasks in the back office
- You maintain and update the master data of customers to ensure accuracy sustainably
