We are looking for a dedicated person as of April 1, 2026, or by agreement for the position of
FIRE PROTECTION EXPERT 80-100%
How you can contribute with us
- Supervision and monitoring of a specific canton area or sector
- Support of the municipal fire police in the fire protection technical handling of demanding, complex construction projects
- Conducting building inspections in municipalities
- Assessment of buildings with large occupancy and increased fire risk
- Consultation of architects, builders, authorities, etc. on fire protection technical questions and special fields
- Supervision of one or more specialist areas
- Project evaluation and control of technical fire protection systems (e.g., smoke control pressure systems)
- Participation in Swiss commissions, specialist and working groups
- Processing of subsidy applications "Structural Improvements"
- Participation in training courses, seminars, events, information meetings
- Collaboration in various projects
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in HVAC, timber construction, mechanical engineering or electrical and information technology, architecture or fire protection and several years of professional experience
- You value interdisciplinary thinking and acting, are curious and want to understand the connections
- You like to take responsibility, present yourself professionally, and have the ability to successfully achieve goals
- You have negotiation skills and argue convincingly
- Independent and precise working style as well as reliable, communicative, and customer-oriented personality
- Solid IT skills required (especially MS Office)
- Fire protection knowledge is an advantage
