Your missions

• Manage a team of 40 employees
• Organize schedules and distribute the workload
• Monitor production, establish and track key performance indicators
• Manage quality and compliance with established norms and standards
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions (Lean, 5S, ergonomics, methodology, etc.)
• Manage flows, work orders, priorities, and workshop logistics
• Ensure safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards in the workshop

Your profile

• Proven experience in polishing high-end parts and all types of materials (minimum 10 years).
• Proven experience in managing large industrial teams (minimum 5 years).
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of key industrial performance indicators.
• Good command of an ERP system and common IT tools.
• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
