The Western Lake Geneva Hospital Group (GHOL) brings together several healthcare facilities in the La Côte region and ensures local care for the population.

Your mission:

Within the technical service, you ensure the operation, maintenance, and compliance of the electrical installations at our hospital sites in Nyon and Rolle. You guarantee the safety of people and installations while contributing to the continuity of the electrical supply of critical equipment.

Your main activities:

Within the various geographical sites of GHOL:

Operation and maintenance

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of low voltage electrical installations
• Intervene on electrical panels, cabinets, circuits, lighting, and outlets
• Participate in the maintenance of UPS and generator installations
• Perform diagnostics and fault finding

Regulatory compliance

• Ensure the compliance of installations according to current standards (NIBT, OIBT, OMBT)
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of periodic OIBT inspections
• Ensure the correction of defects identified during inspections
• Update technical documentation and the CMMS

Works and projects

• Carry out modifications and extensions of electrical installations
• Participate in technical projects and infrastructure developments
• Coordinate interventions with external companies
• Technical and administrative management
• Enter and monitor interventions in the CMMS
• Participate in orders in our ERP for materials and in monitoring services
• Ensure traceability of interventions

On-call service

• Participate in the technical service on-call duty
• Intervene in case of electrical failure or critical incident
• Residence within 30 minutes mandatory

Your profile

• Good knowledge of NIBT, OIBT, and OMBT standards
• Experience in maintenance of technical installations, ideally in a complex environment (hospital, industry, tertiary sector)
• Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and professional software such as BMS, MCR supervision software, and CMMS
• Autonomy, sense of priorities, and rigor in applying safety standards
• Ability to work in an occupied hospital environment

Diplomas / training:

Required CFC electrician installer or equivalent training

Authorization according to art. 13 OIBT mandatory
