The following tasks await you:
- You actively shape the daily structure of our predominantly geriatric patients and make an important contribution to their quality of life, independence, and well-being. With creative and resource-oriented approaches, you develop activating offers that promote individually and bring joy.
Planning, organizing, and conducting activation therapy offers
Resource- and goal-oriented therapy planning and implementation
Leading and co-designing group offers (design, music, singing, cognitive activities)
Individual therapy of patients (e.g., cognitive activation, biography work, walks)
Electronic documentation in the clinical information system (CIS)
Interdisciplinary collaboration and participation in interdisciplinary professional meetings
Further development and co-design of our activation concept
Participation in internal training and events

- Completed training as activation, painting, or design therapist
- Empathy, creativity, and joy in working with people
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Teamwork skills and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
