Your work environment and our offer
Your responsibilities include independent case management, administrative tasks, and drafting orders based on templates. You will be supported in integration by the Regional Potential Assessment and Labor Integration Office REPAS as well as by voluntary migration companions. In addition, you will work closely with specialized agencies, organizations, and social insurance providers.
What distinguishes you
For this position, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work FH, a qualification as a social welfare specialist GFS, or a migration specialist MFP. Ideally, you have professional experience in economic social welfare or refugee services, and you bring foreign language skills and possibly tutoring experience. A quick grasp and networked thinking are among your strengths. Your empathetic attitude is reflected in your constructive, goal- and resource-oriented approach in collaboration with various involved parties. If you are a resilient, assertive, and team-oriented person with high intercultural and social skills and a confident demeanor, then you are the right person for this position.
