At four locations in Switzerland, we employ over 60 people in the areas of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodywork, paint shop, and signage.

To strengthen our 31-member workshop team in Windisch, we are looking for a motivated and responsible leader to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Management and organization of the truck workshop with around 30 employees
• Direct collaboration with the operations manager
• Leading, promoting, and challenging the workshop team
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Repair, service, and maintenance work on Mercedes-Benz Trucks and MAN Truck & Bus
• Personal customer contact and technical advice
• Diagnosis and problem-solving in special cases in cooperation with the manufacturers

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist, or mechanic (also welcome: agricultural or construction machinery mechanic)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of commercial vehicle technology (Mercedes-Benz or MAN an advantage)
• Leadership experience or the motivation to grow into a management role
• Reliable, solution-oriented personality with organizational talent
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and teamwork
