About the job
tilia offers people from the age of 18 who need care and support a home where they are well looked after. At our five locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support focused on primary and palliative care are central. tilia is a qualified training company with a lot of experience. Every year, more than twenty apprentices from various professions successfully complete their training with us!

Your requirements
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Enjoyment of practical work
- Manual and practical skills
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Physical resilience
- Ability to work in a team
- Signal box test (if available)
