Role
Business support to the Global Head of Wealth Planning to the realisation of Wealth Planning’s growth ambitions in Assets under Management, Net New Assets (NNA) and Revenue targets, while driving execution and tracking of key strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Enhance daily collaboration with Client Relationship Officers and serve as a central competence hub
- Coordinate priority Wealth Planning initiatives, including the enhancement of core offerings and development of new solutions
- Enhance structured reporting frameworks to monitor execution progress, measure impact, and support management steering and reporting for the Global head of Wealth Planning
- Support development of targeted Wealth Planning content defined by Global Head of Wealth Planning and client engagement tools to elevate market positioning (e.g. client events, white papers, thematic campaigns)
- Support Global Head of Wealth Planning on ad hoc projects/cost management processes etc/ MTP
Skills and experience
- University degree in Business Administration or Finance related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of business management, project management and or strategy consulting.
- Methodical thinker with a proven ability to demonstrate exceptional analytical rigor
- Strong organisational skills, structured approach, strict adherence to legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Practical experience in creating client-ready proposals and presentations using the suite of Microsoft applications.
- Languages: excellent command of English is required; German, French or Italian would be an advantage.
