Product Owner CMS & Custom Development (80-100%)

We’re looking for a Scrum Product Owner to join our team in the Zurich location. Here, we design and develop CMS, e-commerce, and custom applications for a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises. We have cultivated a strong hybrid work culture, which is complemented by regular team days in the office, fostering collaboration and team spirit. Your day as a Product Owner

• You work in a self-organised cross-functional team alongside developers, designers, and a Scrum Master
• You guide multiple agile projects in the areas of CMS, e-commerce and business applications, across all phases
• You are the first contact for our clients; you understand their current needs and can translate those into user stories, features and roadmaps.
• You support our clients by suggesting improvements and developing strategies together with the team
• You occasionally support our Business Development activities with your expertise and insight

Your profile as a Product Owner

• You have experience as a Product Owner in web or digital product management and a strong interest in CMS, e-commerce, and business applications
• You embrace an agile mindset, think analytically, and are excited by processes and entrepreneurial thinking
• You value healthy discussions and are keen on finding pragmatic solutions with clients and the team
• You are an selforganized and innovative team player with an open mindset and a high sense of responsibility
• You are fluent in German and English, and you understand Swiss German
