Tasks

- You hold a vocational qualification in KV or medical assistance with additional training.

- You support the management of nursing, therapy, and social work at the Wil location as well as the management of nursing and care, Eggfeld residential home in administrative matters.
- You organize meetings, including all preparatory and follow-up tasks for the nursing area.
- You independently handle the organizational and administrative tasks in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Furthermore, you are primarily responsible within the Wil directorate for the Polypoint PEP time tracking system.
- You have a vocational education with a federal certificate of competence EFZ in the commercial or medical practice assistant field as well as an additional function-specific further education (e.g., certificate course).
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience from a similar function.
- You are characterized by a responsible, independent, and priority-oriented way of working, very good organizational talent as well as high resilience, reliability, and flexibility.
- You are a friendly and helpful personality who remains calm and thoughtful and acts reliably even in hectic situations.
- You have very good, stylistically secure German skills (at least C1) as well as very good IT user skills.
