Your Tasks
- Operation planning and coordination of all administrative processes between patients, doctors, and operating staff
- Organization, coordination, and preparation of minor procedures in the OP consultation hours under local anesthesia
- Receiving and handling internal and external phone calls
- Planning and preparation of intravitreal injections with patient care (administrative)
- Responsibility for all correspondence related to injection and operation planning via email and phone
- Administrative tasks such as mail triage, archiving, file management
- Intermediary between the OR and the surgical coordination office
- Preliminary recording of controlling
Your Profile
- You are an open, communicative personality with great joy in active patient contact.
- You have completed training as a businesswoman/businessman or as a medical practice assistant with further training as a medical secretary and ideally have experience in a clinical setting.
- An independent and precise way of working, medical terminology, good IT skills as well as flexibility, reliability, and resilience are among your strengths.
- If organizing a versatile secretarial operation and teamwork bring you joy, then you are the right person.
