ICT Supporter / Application Manager 100%
As part of our dedicated IT team, you take on a central role in daily IT operations and reliably and solution-oriented support our internal users.
Your exciting task
- You ensure 1st level support (troubleshooting for specialized applications and evaluations using SQL and scripting) as an Application Manager.
- You triage and prioritize internally created IT tickets and are responsible for operational monitoring.
- You are responsible for maintenance including planning and execution and take care of license and permission management (Active Directory, SharePoint, etc.) and the exchange of client hardware.
- You are the first internal contact person for inquiries regarding our printers and telephony and coordinate cooperation with external partners where necessary.
You bring with you
- Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist EFZ) or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in service desk or IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (AD, SharePoint, PowerShell), ideally also basic knowledge of SQL
- Structured and independent working style, good communication skills
- Team player with high customer orientation and sense of responsibility
- German (very good knowledge in spoken and written), English is an advantage
