Health Specialist EFZ 80-100% with Additional Role as Vocational Trainer
As a Health Specialist EFZ in Spitex, you take on a central role in outpatient care and contribute significantly to the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients. In your additional role as a vocational trainer, you accompany and support trainees in everyday nursing, pass on your expertise in a practical way, and thus make an important contribution to the training of the next generation of caregivers.
Your main tasks include:
- Professional support of trainees FaGe/FaBe EFZ in everyday work (learning and qualification discussions, status assessments, etc.)
- Planning, organizing, and conducting practical training according to the curriculum
- Close collaboration with team leaders, nursing professionals, and persons responsible for education
- Participation in the further development of training quality and learning culture
- Care and support of people in their familiar environment
You bring with you:
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or FaBe EFZ
- Recognized vocational trainer course (or willingness to complete it promptly)
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing field, ideally in an outpatient setting
- Enjoyment in accompanying young people and imparting knowledge
- Proven professional competencies that you apply purposefully in everyday work
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Driver's license category B or willingness to visit clients by e-bike in any weather
