Your tasks

• Leading implementation projects to successful completion.
• Technical contact person for customers as well as key stakeholders (DPO, ISO, project management).
• Responsibility for accepting and reviewing customer requirements regarding technical feasibility and complexity and translating them into precise acceptance criteria.
• Review and evaluation of the feasibility of customer requests.
• End-to-end project responsibility from the initial idea to rollout. This includes backlog management, prioritization, progress tracking, as well as planning verification and validation.
• Evaluation and management of the introduction of internal AI tools (e.g., AI chatbots, coding tools, transcription solutions), including independent market and cost analyses considering our ISO processes.
• Complete documentation of products and decisions as well as close collaboration with product management and the sales team.

Your profile

• Experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical project manager.
• Technical understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents) as well as IT architectures and the ability to convincingly represent technical concepts to different stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Experience in managing complex dependencies and moderating collaboration processes.
• Ideally experience in implementing IT projects and working with (AI) automation platforms.
• Business thinking as well as a strong affinity for process optimization and automation.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
