Your profile:
- You have completed a technical or manual vocational training and bring corresponding experience
- You are ready to face new challenges and have already worked in a three-shift system or are open to it
- You are enthusiastic about large plants and find it exciting to see them in action
- High commitment and dedication characterize you, both for your own tasks and for your team
- You enjoy communicating and appreciate exchanging with others
- Interest in digitalization as well as joy in discovering and contributing new things complete your profile
Your field of activity:
- You carry out production work properly and professionally, including maintenance and cleaning of the assigned plants, complying with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Smooth shift handover by passing on relevant information, events, and disruptions using the provided tools
- You work constructively with maintenance, production, quality management, and other departments
- Support and active participation during downtimes and revisions
- You check plants and equipment for compliance with specified parameters such as temperature and pressure
- Work in a hot environment with special technology such as high-pressure pumps
