Tasks
- Manage bookkeeping for our managed rental properties independently.
- Prepare heating and additional cost statements for tenants.
- Oversee rent collection, including reminders and enforcement.
Skills
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in accounting.
- Several years of practical accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent command of German and strong PC skills.

About the job
We are an established, steadily growing real estate company in southeastern Switzerland and count among the recognized professionals in the industry. We offer first-class services in the management, valuation, and brokerage of real estate. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
As a real estate accountant, you are responsible for the accounting of the rental properties we manage and work closely in a team with several experienced real estate accountants and our property managers.
What are your tasks?
- Independent management of the property accounting for rental properties
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Preparation of administrative accounts for the owners
- Monitoring and handling of rent collection including dunning and debt enforcement procedures
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Execution and monitoring of payment transactions
- Communication with owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
What should you bring?
- Completed commercial basic training, ideally with further education in accounting (e.g., accounting clerk, professional certificate in finance and accounting is an advantage)
- Several years of practical accounting experience (real estate industry is an advantage)
- Enjoyment of numbers, precision, and teamwork
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good PC user skills (MS programs, Rimo and Docuware knowledge is an advantage)
- Conscientious and diligent
- Structured, careful, and independent working style and high service orientation
