About the job
Specificity
The Center for Primary Degree Education (CEDP) is part of the Department of Teacher Education at the University of Fribourg. Its mission is to train primary degree teachers, provide services in continuing education, research, and development.
To complete the team of the research project Language Inclusion accompanying the pilot project of an alternative to language classes for students with developmental language disorders in a region of the canton of Fribourg, the following position is to be filled: Scientific Collaborator

Implementation of qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods
Conducting interviews with various field partners (teachers, specialized teachers, school management, therapists, parents, students…)
Development of action research in schools
Literature review and participation in writing reports and scientific articles
Requirements
Master's degree in special education, educational sciences, speech therapy, or related field, possibly a doctorate in the same fields
Interest in inclusion and exclusion processes in the school context, the development of the school with an inclusive perspective
Good knowledge of the Fribourg school context is an asset
Proficiency in common computer tools (Word, Excel…)
Knowledge of qualitative data analysis methods and/or quantitative data analysis methods (SPSS, JAMOVI or R)
Good organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
Excellent written and oral French skills, very good writing abilities
