Due to a retirement in our Pharmacy/Laboratory team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Medical Practice Assistant 70%
Your main tasks
- Preparing medications for the residents as well as supplying materials to the nursing departments
- Processing and recording medications for new admissions and after doctor visits
- Performing internal laboratory analyses; hematology, chemistry, and urine analyses
- Recording laboratory orders and preparing samples for the external laboratory
- Ordering medications, nursing materials, cosmetics, and medical aids
- Performing internal and external quality controls
- Co-responsibility in quality assurance of the pharmacy and laboratory areas
- Data processing and data maintenance via Barcomed (inventory management system) and warehouse management
- Performing staff vaccinations (hepatitis, flu)
- Internal training and support for nursing staff
You bring with you
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant with professional experience and solid medication knowledge
- Good IT skills, especially in handling inventory management and patient documentation programs, ideally easyDok
- Independent, precise, and quality-oriented working style
- Good organizational skills and quick comprehension
- Resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to collaborate across locations and flexibility regarding working hours (Monday to Friday, no weekend or emergency duties)
