Your game
- In your role as Employee Guest Experience, you are our business card at all casino touchpoints.
- In the hall, you serve drinks and snacks, ensuring comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
- You select and welcome guests at the entrance gates, assist with check-in if necessary while observing the house rules.
- You recognize difficult situations early, proactively support their resolution, and are thus an important component for safe and smooth gaming operations.
- You can expertly answer guests' questions about the function of slots or payout machines and offer your helping hand.
- As the first contact person on our floors, you recognize guest questions before they are asked and thus ensure an exciting experience.
Our rules of play
- You are a flexible personality who proactively approaches people and easily makes contact with others.
- You radiate calm and professionalism even in delicate situations.
- You bring experience in dealing with guests and customers; ideally, you have already worked in gastronomy, events, or retail.
- We do not expect a specific basic education; career changers are welcome. What matters to us is your appearance and your skill in dealing with guests.
- German is your native language or you speak it fluently; English and other languages are an advantage.
- Due to legal requirements, you have a clean record (criminal and debt register extracts).
- This is a flexible part-time job, with shifts almost exclusively in the late shift and mostly on weekends (Friday/Saturday), also at our events.
- In addition to a good hourly wage, attractive bonuses await you (CHF 5/CHF 7 per hour for night and weekend work)
