Your tasks
- Responsible specialist position for customer relationship management (CRM) including strategic further development
- Derivation of tangible initiatives and courses of action from sales ambitions and departmental strategies
- Management of projects and subprojects focusing on the development and implementation of digital CRM systems
- Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing sales processes as well as identification of optimization and development potential
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales units, product management, business engineering, IT, and marketing
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or financial planning
- At least five years of experience in banking, ideally in the customer consulting/support department and/or project management
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Organizational and project management skills, ideally with experience in agile methods
- High affinity for IT systems and digitization as well as interest in innovative technologies
- Communication and expression skills in German, confident appearance, and the ability to work across departments
- High commitment, flexibility, and initiative
