• Competent Basic Care: You take over professional basic care and align yourself with the individual needs of the persons being cared for.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: You strictly adhere to the applicable hygiene guidelines and additionally perform any housekeeping tasks that arise.
• Careful Documentation: You independently and thoroughly maintain the care documentation without gaps.
• Order and Cleanliness: You ensure order and cleanliness throughout the entire care area while observing internal operational regulations.
• Teamwork and Further Training: You actively participate in care reports, team meetings, as well as internal training and further education.

• Qualification: You have successfully completed training as a nursing assistant or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of long-term care.
• Language Skills: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form to ensure smooth communication.
• Flexibility: You show willingness to work in rotating shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on weekends.
