Together with your co-leadership
You have several years of experience in long-term care and proven leadership skills. You bring a nursing qualification at HF level or equivalent. You act very competently and your German is fluent.
A versatile and responsible full leadership role with shared responsibility for the entire nursing and care organization and are directly subordinated to the home management. Through committed work in nursing and care as well as in projects, you ensure the quality of care in the house together with your co-leadership as a professional and socially competent role model and advocate for the further development of nursing and care. You create the duty roster and implement the nursing philosophy.
You work together with your co-leadership continuously on process improvements and are in close contact with the other departments.
Engagement and know-how are very welcome and through active participation in this environment you contribute to a successful outcome. For your personal development, you can count on our support.
You are proficient in the common IT programs.
