About the job
As a member of our HR team, you play an important role in operational personnel administration. Together with your colleagues, you ensure professional support for our employees and departments from entry to exit.
You competently advise employees and managers on administrative HR topics, maintain personnel master data, and actively support employee recruitment. In addition, you prepare contracts, certificates, and confirmations and accompany entry days. Furthermore, you are responsible for the administrative processing of training, further education, and continuing education and manage our training program via easy-learn.
You actively contribute to the optimization and redesign of our HR processes and significantly contribute with your commitment to the quality, efficiency, and further development of our HR services.

- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Team player with confident German language skills
- Willingness to take on the early shift at the HR counter (starting at 07:00) once a week and during team absences
