We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Residential Home Krone in Walzenhausen for a:
Care Specialist/Social Pedagogue (80-100%)
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion, and care of adults with behavioral issues, intellectual and/or physical disabilities
- Participation in the development planning of the residents
- Co-design of resident-centered settings
- Key worker duties
- Preparation of written documentation
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, or curative/psychiatric nursing
- Experience in caring for people with behavioral issues is an advantage
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- Driver's license category B
