Main umbrella organization in the field of disability in Switzerland, Pro Infirmis and its approximately 1900 collaborators work daily to ensure respect for the dignity and inclusion of people with disabilities. The association is particularly committed to their independence, autonomy, and active participation in society.
The home support service assists people with disabilities who wish to live independently in their own homes. To do this, a support worker regularly visits the person and helps organize their daily life. Would you like to participate in this mission? We are looking for a
Coordinator (50%)
Your tasks
- Set up, monitor, and evaluate support mandates
- Participate in the recruitment of support workers and the development of their training program
- Be present as a resource person for support workers
- Contribute to the development activities of the service
- Collaborate with external and internal partners.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent training
- Experience in the field of disability and good knowledge of the Vaud educational and medico-social network
- Ability to analyze complex situations and work in a network
- Organizational skills and team spirit
- Interest in administrative tasks.
