The position Teamlead Finance & Sparring CFO 80 - 100 % is vacant. We want to fill it again by January 2026 or by arrangement.
In this role, you take on the personnel responsibility for all team members in the finance circle. In addition, there are other roles with a professional focus such as liquidity management, financing and interface to financial partners as well as internal process analysis and optimization.
YOUR SPECIALTY AS TEAMLEAD FINANCE
- Professional and personnel responsibility for a team of 8 employees. Leadership is your thing.
- Structurally shaping the future of the team in sparring with the CFO? Change management suits you.
- Initiating and being responsible for automation and digitization projects in our financial processes. Future-oriented & efficient.
- Co-designing the company's financial management and deriving the strategy in the finance circle in line with the Transa strategy. Your passion.
- Taking on specialist roles on topics such as liquidity, financing, rolling forecast, reporting, sparring partner for financial statement preparation & audits etc. Yes, of course.
- Being a close interface as a Financial Companion for people with financial responsibility from other circles/business areas? Always gladly.
- Developing existing business areas together with area managers and opening up new opportunities. Absolutely.
THIS IS YOU
- Several years of experience in a team leadership role and a solid education in finance. You can see it in your profile.
- Encounters with people and entrepreneurial thinking. Are important to you.
- Strengthening employees in their own responsibility, supporting their development and promoting cooperation. That is needed.
- Project-oriented work and collaboration with other areas. That suits you.
- Optimizing and redesigning processes and workflows. You find that exciting.
- IT-savvy, confident handling of data models and ERP, business intelligence and reporting tools. That is certainly an advantage.
