Your tasks
Responsibility for the entire administrative processing of entries and exits, changes, including data maintenance and document management in Swiss Salary
Support of the HR team in all administrative activities within the HR lifecycle
Deputy for the person responsible for social insurance and payroll processing, including support with billing and inquiries
Management of time recording in the ZEUS system, ensuring data quality and handling of queries
Close cooperation with the Head of HR, including direct reporting
Your profile
Completed commercial basic training with further education as HR clerk/HR specialist
Several years of professional experience in human resources in a similar function
Independent and precise way of working
Good organizational skills and high resilience
Very good MS Office skills and knowledge of Swiss Salary are an advantage
Knowledge of payroll processing is an advantage
