Polymechanic - Maintenance

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on modern production equipment
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions to ensure high equipment availability
• Supporting smooth and efficient production processes
• Participating in optimization and improvement projects on equipment and processes
• Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards in production
• Collaboration with production, technical, and maintenance departments

• Completed training in a mechanical or technical profession (e.g., industrial mechanic, polymechanic, industrial mechanic or similar)
• Experience in maintenance of production equipment is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Willingness to work early and on-call shifts (approx. 3–5 weeks per year, no shift work)
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible personality
• Very good German language skills
• Driver's license category B
