After several weeks of internal training, here is what awaits you:
Your tasks
- Representation of the Store Manager and management of the café during their absence
- Supervision of employees divided into teams
- Customer advice and service
- Sale of our many drinks and their preparation according to standards
- Various administrative tasks, such as placing orders or checking deliveries
- Definition of daily and weekly staffing needs (resource planning)
- Preparation of statistics, weekly and monthly closings, as well as cash and daily accounts
- Integration of new team members
- Restocking, tidying, and cleaning work in accordance with hygiene and safety rules
- Organization of coffee tastings and presentation of samples within the team and with customers (« sampling »)
Your profile
- Enjoy serving customers
- Experience in supervising employees
- Very good knowledge of spoken French and English
- Flexibility in work time distribution (team work from Monday to Sunday)
- Swiss citizens, EU citizens, or persons holding a valid work permit for Switzerland
- Ambitious and solution-oriented personality
- Reliability, team spirit, and openness to new things
- Professional experience in gastronomy
