Head Housekeeper (m/f/d)
Your daily work with us...
- You inspect the cleaned guest rooms and public areas
- You pitch in yourself and take over room cleaning if needed
- You ensure that cleanliness guidelines are followed
- You communicate with your team leader to guarantee a smooth process
- You manage lost and found items
- You represent both housekeeping team leaders during their absence
What you bring with you...
- Experience in housekeeping, ideally you have already conducted room inspections
- Enjoy working with guests and colleagues
- An eye for detail and a high awareness of quality
- You are a role model, responsible, and highly service-oriented
- You are a communicative personality with a warm and positive charisma
- You like to pitch in, are resilient, and keep a cool head
- Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
