For the 2026 intake, the hospitality team is looking for their future apprentices for the Hospitality-Intendance Manager CFC.
Job Description
As an apprentice, you train within a multidisciplinary team composed of health professionals, doctors, stretcher-bearers, as well as staff from catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
You provide personalized services that meet the dietary needs and environmental maintenance of patients. By assisting them in choosing their menus, you take their dietary regimen into account. You prepare the setup of meals and snacks, ensuring a service adapted to the health status and personal needs of patients throughout the day.
You also ensure the daily maintenance of the patient’s environment, as well as other hospitality and logistical activities such as tidying, stock management, and laundry. You ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and contagion rules and coordinate with care teams to carry out your tasks in accordance with the specific instructions and restrictions for each patient.
Qualifications
You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling and are looking for an apprenticeship as a Hospitality-Intendance Manager CFC.
You demonstrate respect, discretion, and appreciate autonomy.
Your sense of welcome, courtesy, and tact, combined with your interpersonal skills, promote both teamwork and a quality customer approach.
Thanks to your methodical mind and sense of observation, you guarantee an adapted service.
You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to a professional training alternating work in a company, practical courses, and theoretical lessons at school.
