As part of the collaboration with the Fribourg Mental Health Network (RFSM), to complete its team, the medical management is looking for the occupational medicine service of the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital, a

Your mission:

• Ensure the health monitoring of employees of the 2 institutions
• Plan and conduct entry visits to establish a file for new staff and schedule appointments for the occupational physician
• Manage consultation schedules of the sites and various administrative tasks
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institutions
• Perform blood draws and various vaccinations according to FOPH recommendations
• Follow up on blood exposure accidents
• Conduct contact investigations (TB, Measles, Chickenpox…)
• Participate in prevention campaigns

Your profile:

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent training, with a specialization in occupational health as an asset
• 2 years of experience in nursing and/or occupational health, an asset
• Proficiency in German with good knowledge of the partner language
• Interest in occupational health and safety as well as preventive medicine
• Interest in working in multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills and rigor
• Welcoming attitude, good listening skills, and professional discretion

You are a flexible person, have a vehicle, and are available to work at different sites, with a broad open mind and able to work independently to organize your work in a structured manner.
