Our field of activity:

• Industrial machines for heavy equipment in the naval sector.
• Development, realization, and manufacturing of special machines integrating robotics, automation, and welding.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the programming of our welding robots used on our machines.
• Create, analyze, and improve trajectories and sequences defined by algorithms developed internally.
• Work closely with the welding, automation, and software engineering teams.
• Participate in the validation and testing of systems to ensure compliance with functional requirements.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Write functional analyses of the programs to be developed.
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed systems.
• Intercontinental travel to be expected (to be discussed).

Your profile:

• Training in robotics engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial robot programming.
• Significant experience in industrial integration of 6-axis robots with management of additional axes.
• Experience in real-time trajectory tracking is an asset.
• Mastery of ABB robot programming language RAPID.
• Experience with ABB's offline simulation software RobotStudio.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.)
• Dynamic, pragmatic, and autonomous personality, with good interpersonal skills and strong technical culture.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary (internal training possible).
