Corporate Communications Specialist / Media Officer (m/f/d) 80 – 100%

• Your responsibilities include, among other things, the further development of internal communication (including the introduction of Social Intranet). In doing so, you implement the communication strategy operationally and are responsible for clear, timely, and level-appropriate communication across all channels.
• You bear the main responsibility for media work and operationally manage media and crisis communication. You are responsible for coordinating media inquiries as well as developing and placing media stories.
• You are responsible for writing press releases and support additional communication concerns (public relations, newsletters, referral management, etc.).
• As a sparring partner for various communication concerns, you are conceptually and executively involved in strategic projects of the company.
• You create editorial content formats for various internal and external target groups.
• You support the operational day-to-day business with diverse internal and external communication concerns.

• Completed further education or studies in marketing communication and media work. Solid professional experience in corporate communications of complex organizations with experience in healthcare.
• You have a strong interest in healthcare topics and are motivated to actively further develop the corporate communications area. Furthermore, you bring very good knowledge of the media landscape (ideally Central Switzerland).
• Your editorial skills are highly developed.
• You are a assertive personality who likes to take responsibility, acts proactively and flexibly, and keeps a cool head even in demanding situations.
• You are characterized by an analytical, quick-thinking, and precise way of working.
