Strongly established at the regional level, our Lonay branch is looking to strengthen its team with a 100% sales administration collaborator. In close collaboration with sales, you are responsible for the administrative and telephone follow-up of our clients. In addition, you act as an internal hub between the different departments.
Tasks
- Processing orders and contracts
- Invoicing
- Assistance in preparing Major Account offers
- Monitoring and updating the database or other control lists
- Various general administrative tasks and administrative support to salespeople
- Telephone and written information for customer inquiries
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent training)
- Solid professional experience in a similar role (commercial company)
- Perfect command of French (native language), German is an asset
- Proficiency in IT tools: very good knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Structured, autonomous, and customer-oriented personality, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration (logistics and accounting).
