LAWYER in the field of Intellectual Property Law
Your main tasks
You will independently advise our clients from home and abroad on legal and strategic issues of intellectual property law, mainly in the field of trademark law.
Assessment of the registrability and availability of new trademarks
National and/or international registration of trademarks
Defense of trademarks in opposition, cancellation, and infringement proceedings
Negotiation and drafting of contracts
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a law degree (lic. iur. / MLaw) as well as a lawyer's license, excellent German and English skills
Experience in intellectual property law
