ICT Specialist

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement
Here’s what you will do
- Maintenance, care, and expansion of the IT infrastructure
- Support and advice for internal customers on technical issues
- Project work (depending on topic and interests)
- Assistance in the training and supervision of apprentices in vocational measures of the IV
Here’s what we wish from you
- Completed training in the field of IT or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support
- Solid knowledge in the areas of Windows workstations, printers, networks, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge in M365 is an advantage)
- Enjoyment in continuously engaging with new technology trends and expanding expertise
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty (in case of emergency)
