About the job
At Schlogari, we offer people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities a special living space and create fulfilling and rewarding working conditions for you. Work or Social Pedagogue 80%
We are looking for a
Work or Social Pedagogue with ornamental plant nursery training
in our nursery starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.This is your task
With your pedagogical know-how and high professional competence, you lead a group of six to ten residents, with whom you care for the horticultural cultures from sowing to harvest. You are a contact person and work interdisciplinarily. With your precise observation skills, you develop and promote the residents and offer them meaningful work. As a team member, you form an important support.

You have pedagogical training as well as a degree as an ornamental plant gardener and want to use and further develop your expertise meaningfully. With your constructive, humorous manner, you enrich our team and actively shape a positive working environment. Thanks to your solid professional experience and IT skills, you work independently and contribute effectively. Your motivation is especially important to us: You enjoy taking responsibility, helping shape processes, and actively driving the further development of our nursery.
