Department of Business Management and Entrepreneurship
Start of employment: from mid-December (STAGE UP) or mid-January (Innosuisse Start-Up Training) or by arrangement
Are you interested in an exciting and educational activity that can be well combined with your studies?
We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals who enjoy diving into the start-up world, gaining valuable practical experience, and supporting us in organizing our start-up competition "STAGE UP" or the Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training for aspiring founders.
Besides the professional requirements, we value your own ideas, an exchange on equal footing, and last but not least, a good dose of fun in everyday work.
Main tasks
- Assisting in the organization of projects and courses in start-up support either in the "STAGE UP" area or in the "Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training" area
- Collaborating and working independently in marketing and communications (especially website, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Supporting the reporting of event and course data
- Assisting in the organization and execution of events and courses
- Preparing and designing brochures, presentations, and other materials
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at the University of Bern, Fribourg, or Neuchâtel (enrollment mandatory)
- Interest in working with IT systems and social media (good knowledge of Instagram and/or LinkedIn is an advantage)
- Experience in website maintenance (e.g., with WordPress) is an advantage
- For the Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training: careful and structured working style in compiling and preparing data as well as willingness to learn Excel (advanced skills such as macro creation are an advantage)
- Independent, proactive working style and flexibility (also for occasional evening assignments)
- Strong flair for appealing design of documents and presentations
- Interest in entrepreneurship and start-up support
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
