Polymechanic – CNC Turner
Activities
- Independent operation, setup, and programming of CNC lathes, especially with Heidenhain control
- Creation and optimization of CNC programs with CAM software (e.g., [Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.])
- Manufacturing of high-precision components according to technical drawings and parts lists
- Conducting quality controls and inspections for dimensional accuracy and tolerances
- Maintenance and servicing of machines as well as troubleshooting
- Documentation of work steps and produced parts
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic, cutting machine operator, or comparable qualification
- Solid experience in operating and programming CNC lathes, especially with Heidenhain control
- Experience in CAM programming (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge in metalworking and manufacturing precision parts
- Technical understanding and experience working with technical drawings
- Independent and precise working style
- Teamwork skills and willingness to work shifts (if required)
