Polymechanic - CNC Turner

• Independent operation, setup, and programming of CNC lathes, especially with Heidenhain control
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs with CAM software (e.g., [Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.])
• Manufacturing of high-precision components according to technical drawings and parts lists
• Conducting quality controls and inspections for dimensional accuracy and tolerances
• Maintenance and servicing of machines as well as troubleshooting
• Documentation of work steps and produced parts

• Completed training as a polymechanic, cutting machine operator, or comparable qualification
• Solid experience in operating and programming CNC lathes, especially with Heidenhain control
• Experience in CAM programming (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge in metalworking and manufacturing precision parts
• Technical understanding and experience working with technical drawings
• Independent and precise working style
• Teamwork skills and willingness to work shifts (if required)
