Job Description
- You support the HR Business Partners and HR management in daily business and ensure smooth processes.
- You take on administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding and assist with the monthly payroll run.
- You are the first point of contact for questions about time tracking and take care of recording and maintaining working hours and absences.
- You reliably prepare reports and analyses and ensure their timely availability.
- You actively participate in various projects.
- You take on assistant tasks for the management.
Qualifications
- Education: Commercial basic training, further training in HR
- Personality and working style: reliable, self-responsible, empathetic, solution-oriented, and resilient
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Languages: German as native language, good spoken and written French skills are an advantage; any additional language such as English or Italian is a plus
