You bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent education, preferably combined with completed commercial training and further education in social assistance and/or social insurance law
- Very good knowledge of legal requirements and SKOS guidelines
- In-depth practical experience in economic and personal assistance
- Confident German language skills and fluency in written expression
- Resilience, assertiveness, and ability to set boundaries
- Positive view of people and empathetic personality
- Independent and precise working style
- Very good IT skills (MS Office), knowledge of Klibnet is desirable

The social assistance department, as part of the Social and Society division, is responsible for the provision of economic assistance and support for assisted persons. Do you enjoy working with people in different life situations to improve their economic and personal circumstances? Is it easy for you to approach supported persons without prejudice and guide them solution-oriented towards economic independence?
We, a six-member and humorous team in the social assistance area, are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement for a social worker.
